KEA Diploma CET 2012 Document Verification Dates

Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA), Bangalore has announced the document verification schedule for admission in to diploma courses at Diploma Colleges in Karnataka.

The candidates who have been assigned ranks in Diploma CET‐2012 Examination will have to get their original documents verified in the assigned Helpline Centre to be eligible for Option Entry for allotment of Professional Course seat. Seat will be allotted based on the rank and options entered by the candidates.

Schedule for the document verification:
All General Merit and Reserved Categories candidates can verify their documents in any of the assigned Helpline Centres as per the schedule according to their rank. However, only Horanadu & Gadinadu Kannadiga candidates and Special Category candidates should attend the documents verification in Bangalore centre only as per their ranks.

The schedule of document verification starts from Sept 06 to Sept 14, 2012.

Please Note:

• Candidates who seek admission to Government seats should compulsorily produce all the required documents in ORIGINAL with ONE set of Gazetted Officer attested photocopies of all the original documents and two passport size photographs when they come for document verification at the Helpline Centre.
• The candidates who become eligible after verification only be considered for entry of options.
• Candidates have to be personally present in the Helpline Centre as per the above schedule for document verification and no one can represent them.
• Option Entry process will begin 15‐09‐2012 to 18‐09‐2012. A detailed schedule for Option Entry along with detailed Instruction Manual will be published on the KEA website on 07‐09‐2012.
