IMU Chennai B.Tech In Marine Engineering Admission

Indian Maritime University(IMU), Chennai invites application for Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Marine Engineering course through the Special Admission Test (SAT)commencing in the session 2012.

Eligibility:
The candidate must be 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized Board or University. Candidates appeared for final examination and awaiting results can also apply.
Candidates should have a age minimum 17 years/ Maximum 25 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST 5 years.

Selection Procedure:
Candidates will be selected based on performance on IMU SAT.

Exam Centres:
Chennai, Cochin, Mumbai, Kolkata, Kandla, New Delhi and Vizag.

Application form can be downloaded from the official website of Indian Maritime University.
The filled application from along with challan (State Bank of India/Axis Bank/ Indian Bank) of Rs. 800/- for General candidates and Rs. 450 for SC/ST candidates, should be submitted to the below address.

Important Dates:
Last date for the submission of application form is Sept 03, 2012.
Date of SAT Exam on Sept 09, 2012 at 10 AM to 1 PM.
