KU Opens B.E / B.Tech Lateral Entry Admission

B.E/B.Tech Lateral Entry Admission at KU

University of Kashmir, Srinagar invites application for B.Tech/B.E. Programmes through Lateral Entry to 3rd Semester commencing in the session 2012.

The B.Tech Programmes are:

Electronics & Communication Engineering
Computer Science & Engineering

The B.E Programmes are:

Civil Engineering
Electronics & Communication Engineering
Computer Science Engineering
Mechanical Engineering

Eligibility:
The candidates should have passed the Diploma from State Board of Technical Education or from a recognized University/Board in the same branch of Engineering wherein he/she is seeking admission or B.Sc. graduates with Mathematics as one of the subject from a recognized University, with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.

Selection Procedure:
Candidates will be selected based on Entrance test conducted by the university.
