The Candidates are requested to submit the following Original Certificates and Tuition Fee Demand Draft at the time of counseling:
- SSC Certificate.
- Inter Certificate
- Transfer and Conduct Certificate.
- One set of attested copies of all the certificates.
- Three self addressed envelops of 25 X 10 cms size duly stamped (affixing 6 stamps).
- 4 Passport size photos.
- Demand Draft for 1st year Tution Fee, to be paid in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Registrar, JNTUK, Kakinada.Tution Fee particulars for various programs are enclosed (Annexure - II).
- Counselling fee of 500/- (Demand Draft in favour of Director Admissions, JNTUK, Kakinada).
- At the time of reporting to the college, the candidates have to pay an amount of 7200/- and 5000/- as special fee to University College of Engineering, JNTUK, Kakinada & GMRIT, Rajam respectively.
- The Date of Commencement of Class work will be informed in due course.
Important Note:
- For 5 years International Integrated Master Degree Program, the specialization at Masters Level (M.Sc Engineering or M.S as case may be) has to be opted by the candidate at the time of allotment of seat as per merit order, which will not be changed at any point of time during the period of study.
- Full Tuition Fee has to be paid at the time of Seat Allotment to the respective program.
- Mere attending for counseling will not guarantee admission, since more number of candidates are called for counseling.
- Hostel facility will not to be extended to the students admitted into these programs.
