AIEEE-2012 Counselling And Admission Process Updates

AIEEE-2012 Entrance Exam which declared its results on 9th of June for both Online and Offline mode exams had a great start with their Counselling and Admission process. Candidates who got through AIEEE 2012 are now appearing in AIEEE Online Counselling in order to fill their choices.

The cut off marks for various categories are mentioned as follows :
General Category : 48
OBC : 45
SC/ST : 18 and
PWD/ PH : 18

The Online Registration in order to fill up the choices, seat availability (Mock counselling) were carried out successfully after 22nd June. After the mock counselling were completed later the First round of seat allotment was enhanced from 27th June, Second round of seat allotment was held on 5th of July.

The Board had also announced that "Candidates not reporting will forfeit their seat allotment automatically and will not be considered for subsequent rounds of seat allotment except for Spot round. Also Candidate not reporting will lose their seat allotment automatically and will not be considered".

The third round of seat allotment is scheduled for 12th of July (Thursday), 2012. After the third round, all allottees (including first, second and third rounds candidates) will have to report to the Reporting Centres, else their seat allotment shall automatically stand cancelled and further they will not be considered for subsequent rounds of seat allotment.

Candidates please note : Candidates whose seat allotment has been cancelled for non-reporting after third round will be permitted to register afresh only for spot allotment round.

Further Candidates Personal Reporting at reporting centres against the third round of allotment will be carried out on 13th of July. In-turn the fresh allottees of third round shall get documents verified, pay initial fee and obtain provisional admission letter from RC (Reporting Centres).

In case a candidate is not satisfied with his allotted seat and institute the he/she can surrender their present allotment and be in contention for further rounds. This process is scheduled for 13th of July till 16th July. (Friday to Monday). Later from 17th to 22nd July the tentative reported and admitted seat details will be displayed on the CCB Website.

Candidates here can modify choices from places convenient to them for fourth round and should lock their choices by 5PM of July 22. If not done in time, then their last saved choices shall be locked by the system after 5 PM automatically. Candidates who are satisfied with all the three rounds with their allotted seats must get admitted to the respective institutes allotted to them between 17th to 22nd July.

How to get admitted : Show your provisional admission letter. Get documents verified and pay the remaining fee. Candidates desirous of changing their choices can submit within institute branch choices for fourth round and internal sliding.

Note : Candidates please make sure that the classes commences from 23rd July, 2012.

Candidates entering fourth round can get their seat allotment on 25th July and get admitted in the respective institutes before 30th July.
