IMU, Chennai Opens Lateral Entry B.Tech Admission

Indian Maritime University(IMU), Chennai invites application for Lateral Entry for Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Marine Engineering course commencing in the session 2012.

Course Fee:
Rs. 2,25,000/- per year.

Eligibility:

• Candidates should have passed 3 years Diploma Course in Mechanical/Marine/Electrical, Electrical and Electronics from the college approved by AICTE of the State Board of Technical Education with minimum 55% of aggregate marks in the last year of diploma course.
• Candidates who have passe 1st year from the Engineering college in streams like Mechanical or Electrical approved by AICTE with 60% of marks.
• Candidates should have 22 years of age.

Selection Procedure:
Candidates will be selected based on merit.
