Karnataka CET-2012 Comes Out With Its Rank Lists

The Karnataka Examination Authority(KEA), Bangalore announced the merit list of the candidate, who appeared for Karnataka Common Entrance Test-2012 for Engineering, Medical, Architecture, and Dental courses, have be determined separately for each course only on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in the CET Test 2012.

Provided that where the merit of two or more candidates is the same, the inter-se merit shall be determined with reference to the total aggregate marks obtained in the Qualifying examination and where marks obtained are equal again, the inter-se merit shall be determined on the basis of the age of the candidate, wherein the elder candidate will be considered before the younger.

Please Note : If everything as specified in the sub-clause referred to above are equal, then the inter-se merit will be determined by draw of lots. The determining of inter-se merit as detailed for selection of Government seats will be the basis for the merit list of candidates claiming benefit of reservation under Admission Rules.

Finally, as per the merit determined by the KEA, ranks are assigned separately for the above mentioned courses as per the norms and procedure to the eligible candidates.

The rank Lists are as mentioned below :

• List of candidates verified under Medical Rank.
• List of candidates verifies under ISM and H Rank.
• List of candidates verified under Engineering Rank.
• List of candidates verified under Architecture Rank.
