While DU has already recorded the highest ever submission on Saturday the number further increased due to online submission. Gurpreet Singh Tuteja, Deputy Dean, Students Welfare said that since the number of offline forms sold are way more than the online submissions, they are expecting a rush on Monday.
The counters at colleges will close by 1PM, while the ones at post offices will close at 4 pm and online submission will stop at 5 pm. JM Khurana, Dean, Students Welfare, DU said that they have received 36000 online forms and today they are expecting more rush. He further urges students to submit their forms early instead of delaying till noon.
The University help desk counsellors have also suggested few tips beat the last minute rush. A counsellor at DSW office said that counters will open 30 minutes early, but will close exactly at 1 pm. So, if someone is running late to any of the university venues, it is better to submit forms at any one of the 11 designated post office branch which will remain open till 4pm.
