New Castle University Offering Indian Scholarships

10 New Castle University Indian Scholarships (NUIS-PG) awards are available for high achieving Indian students applying for entry onto Postgraduate degree programmes within the Faculties of Science, Agriculture and Engineering, Medical Science, and the New Castle University Business School commencing their students in the month of September 2012. Each scholarship will have a value of £ (pound) 2000, payable towards the first year of tuition Fees.

Eligibility : You could be eligible to apply for a NUIS PG award if :

• You have been offered a place on any post-graduate degree programme in the faculties of Sage or FMS or New Castle University Business School.
• You are an Indian nation and have been assessed as international/overseas for fees purpose.
• You have an average of 70% or more in Bachelors degree and satisfy all other requirements.
• You intend to register to start your studies during the 2012-13 academic year.

How to apply : The scheme is applied for via separate application forms, which can be downloaded from LINK including a personal statement of not more than 500 words. Completed application forms should be sent to [email protected] .

The closing date for receipt of applications is on June 30, 2012.

Note: Please note that NUIS PG applications cannot be considered for candidates unless they have already applied for and been of-fered a place to study at the university.
