JCECEB, Jharkhand Conducts JCECE 2012 on May 18

Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB), Jharkhand invites application for Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (JCECE 2012) for admission into the first year degree courses in Engineeir5ng, Medical and Agriculture stream in Government and Private institutes situated in Jharkhand state.

Eligibility:
For Engineering:
The Candidates should have passed 10+2 examination in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology with 45% (40% for SC/ST) of marks from recognized board of examination.

For Medical:

• The Candidates should have passed 10+2 examination in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with 45% (40% for SC/ST) of marks from recognized board of examination.
• Candidates should have a minimum age of 17 years as on December 31, 2012.

For Agriculture:

• The Candidates should have passed 10+2 examination in Physics, Chemistry & Biology or Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics with 45% (40% for SC/ST) of marks from recognized board of examination.
• Candidates should have a minimum age of 17 years as on December 31, 2012.

How to apply:

• The application form can be downloaded from the official website of JCECE Board.
• The filled application form along with demand draft of Rs. 585/- (Rs.310/- for SC/ST) in favor of “Controller of Examination, JCECEB”, Payable at Ranchi”. should be submitted to the below address.
• The application form can also be obtained from the post offices mentioned in the prospectus.

Important Dates:
Last date for the submission of application form is April 16, 2012.
JCECE 2012 Entrance Exam will be held on May 18, 2012.
