- Application form can be downloaded from the official website of Madras University.
- The filled application form along with demand draft of Rs. 350/- (Rs. 300/- cost of application and Rs. 50/- for postage) in favor of “The Registrar, University of Madras, Chennai-5”.
- Application form can also be obtained from the Information Center, University of Madras, Chennai-5.
