Calcutta University Opens Ph.D in Botany Admission

Department of Botany, University of Calcutta, Kolkata invites applications for Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Botany course commencing in the session 2012.

Selection Procedure:
Candidates will selected based on Research Eligibility Test (RET), NET/ GATE/ SET/ SLET scores.

Eligibility:
Candidates should have a Master's degree in relevant discipline from any UGC recognized university.

How to apply:

• The Application form can be downloaded from the official website of Calcutta University.
• The filled application form along with demand draft or cash of Rs. 100/- should be submitted to the Head, Department of Botany.

Important Dates:
Last date for the submission of application form is April 19, 2012.
RET will be held on April 27, 2012 at 01.00 PM.
