Goa Common Entrance Test on May 09 & 10, 2012

Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Goa invites application for Goa Common Entrance Test (GCET 2012) for admissions to first Year of Professional Degree courses in Medicine, Dentistry, Engineering, Pharmacy, Architecture and Homeopathy in the State of Goa.

Eligibility:
Candidates should have a passed 10+2 examination in science discipline with 50% of marks (40% of SC/ST) from a recognized board of examination.

Exam Pattern:

• Question paper shall be of objective, multiple-choice type containing 75 questions of 1 mark each, with no negative marking.
• GCET-2012 shall be based on syllabus prescribed by Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Porvorim for Std. XIIth examination of March, 2012 in the above subjects.
