SAAT-2012 Entrance To Be Held On 12 May,2012

SAAT (Siksha O Anusandhan University Admission Test (SAAT), is a National Level Entrance Test which is conducted by Siksha O Anusandhan University every year to attract young and bright students from different parts of our country. The test will be conducted for different programmes offered in different constituent institutes of the University.

SAAT-2012 is scheduled to be held on 12th of May, 2012 Saturday. Siksha O Anusandhan University is a premier University located at Bhubaneshwar which has been declared as a Deemed University U/S3 of UGC act 1956. Under the banner of University, there are eight institutions at present.

The Entrance test is conducted in order to provide admissions for the academic session 2012-13. The following are the courses for which admissions are being invited :

• Engineering (B.Tech & M.Tech) and MCA
• Medical (MBBS)
• Dental (BDS)
• Business Administration (MBA)
• Pharmacy (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc in Pharmacy-Chemical & Ind. Bio-tech)
• Nursing (B.Sc & M.Sc)
• Law (B.Sc , BA, BBA LLB, & LLM)
• Hotel Management (BHMCT & MHMCT)

Application forms and Information Brochure for SAAT 2012 will be available from the Second Week of January, 2012. Candidates can download the admission form from the website and sent to the Registrar, SOA University. Also separate examination and personal interview will be conducted for Ph.D and separate forms can be downloaded. The entrance test will be conducted within Orissa and outside Orissa.

Examination Centers within Orissa are: Anugal, Bargarh, Banpada, Bhawanipatna, Berhampur, Bhadrak, Bhubaneshwar, Bolangir, Cultack, Keonijrtar, Korapul, Nayagarh, Puri, Rayagada, Sambalpur, Sundargarh, Phulbani, & Kendrapara.

Examination Centers outside Orissa are: Bokaro, Guwahati, Jamshedpur, Kolkata, Delhi, Raipur, Chandigarti, Kharagpur, Ranchi, Kerala, Vizag, Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahamedabad, & Lucknow.

Counters where Application forms are sold: in specified branches of Axis Bank, Syndicate Bank, Punjab National Bank, Post Offices, including SOA University and ITER .
