Eligibility:
Candidates should have an MBBS degree in relevant discipline from a recognized Medical council of India.

How to apply:

• The application form can be downloaded from the official website of Sardar Patel University.
• The filled application form along with demand draft of Rs. 3000/- in favor of “Charutar Arogya Mandal, payable at Anand should be submitted to the admission office.

Important Dates:
Last date for the submission of application form is January 10, 2012.
Entrance Test will be held on January 23, 2012.
