DTU releases its first merit list
Delhi Technological University has come up with its first merit list of admissions for its 15 B.Tech programmes. The university has adopted the online admission system this year. A total of 10,827 candidates registered for online counselling for admission to 1,218 seats in DTU.

At DTU, 15% seats are allocated for candidates from outside Delhi, while 85% seats are reserved for Delhi candidates. All admissions in DTU are being made on the basis of the all India merit rank in the AIEEE 2011.

 

As per the cutoff , students between 55 to 2,297 AIEEE ranks can seek admission to computer engineering while aspirants between 562 and 3,608 ranks can apply for electronics and communication engineering. Mechanical engineering is another popular branch where students with a rank between 89 and 4,905 can seek admission.
