Admissions open for medical at SKIMS,Srinagar

Applications invited for admissions to Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) University to the following courses beginning this year.

The following Postdoctoral (DM/M.Ch.) courses will be for 3 years period beginning in August 2011 at SKIMS (Deemed University) Srinagar.

DM Cardiology
DM Endocrinology
DM Gastroenterology
DM Medical Oncology
M.Ch Cardio- Vasculara. thoracic Surgery
M.Ch Plastic Surgery
M.Ch Neurosurgery

Eligibility:
Candidates must possess MBBS Degree recognized by the MCI.

DM Cardiology/ Gastroenterology/ Medical Oncology/ Endocrinology: Candidates must possess MD degree in Medicine or its equivalent qualification recognized by MCI.

Candidates applying for M.Ch Plastic Surgery/Neuro-Surgery/CVTS courses: must posses MS degree in General Surgery or its equivalent qualification awarded by SKIMS (Deemed University) or recognized by MCI.

How To Apply:
The Prospectus along with the application form can be obtained from the office of the Registrar Academics upto 3 pm. by depositing an application fee of Rs. 1000 in A/C Head CD-183 at J&K Bank SKIMS Soura Srinagar. The applications can be downloaded from the website as well.
