St.Stephens admission interviews are scheduled

St. Stephen's College, Delhi have announced the list of candidates for the interview round of its selection process for the admissions to undergraduate courses for the year 2011.The students will be judged for academic, co-curricular potential and general awareness in this round of interview.

As per the announcement made, 85 per cent weightage will be given to Class XII marks and 15 per cent has been allotted for the interview round. To find out regarding the eligibility for the current interview round, candidates can check the official website of the college.

As per the website, there are approximately four applicants per seat for Economics, History and English; five per seat for the B.A. Programme and six per seat for Sanskrit, Philosophy and the Science courses.

However, the interviews for Economics (Honours) will be conducted from 20-22 June 2011. While for Physics Honours the interview is scheduled from 20-23 JUne and for Mathematics Honours the dates are 23, 24, 25 and 27 June 2011.

English Honours interviews will be held on 23 and 24 June 2011. While for Chemistry (Honours) the interviews will be held on 24, 25 and 27 June 2011.The interviews for History (Honours) will be on 29, 30 June and 1 July 2011. The admission interview for Philosophy (Honours)will be held on 2 July and interviews for B.A. Programme interviews will be on 2-4 July 2011.
