No revaluation for entrance answer sheet
This rule will be applicable for all from now on. For all those candidates who are appearing or will appear any entrance examination in future may not appeal for revaluation of answer sheets. Delhi High court has recently pronounced that no revaluation process of the answer sheets would be done from now on.

Justice Kailash Gambhir have dismissed the plea of a candidate, who had appeared in All India Pre-Medical/Dental test and coculd not qualify.

The Court justified that entrance examinations for various professional courses are taken by lakhs of students for which a foolproof system of marking has been devised. Having good academic records throughout does not guarantee passing in the examinations as careers of many are made and marred by atomic difference in marks secured in these entrance examinations.

If the courts start passing orders against these existing rules of entrances, and sympathise with certain students , it may lead to a great dilemma for other candidates and the board that conducts the exam. Although lakhs of students may feel that this decision is not in favour of all the students.
