The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will hold the Indian Forest Service Examination, 2011 begining 9th July, 2011.
How to apply:
Candidates are required to apply online. Detailed instructions for filling up online applications are available on the website.All online applications can be filled up by 18 April, 2011 till 11.59 p.m. after which the link will be disabled.
All offline applications, if any, received from candidates residing in normal areas/abroad, shall be rejected by the Commission. The option of offline application is available only to candidates residing in specified remote areas.The offline applications need to reach UPSC, by 25 April, 2011.

IFS test begins: 9 July 2011
Last date to submit online form: 18 April 2011
Last date to submit offline form: 25 April 2011
