The Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) and Indian School Certificate (ICS) examinations conducted by the Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) for classes 10 and 12 respectively will begin today.
The examinations will continue over a month long period. About 1,81,004 students will be taking the examinations across 29 states in India as well as four foreign locations like Indonesia, Singapore, Dubai and Sharjah .
The CISCE currently has 1,634 senior secondary and 761 secondary schools that are affiliated to it.The class 10 examinations will conclude on 26 March whereas the class 12 examinations will conclude on 31 March.
