2 NIT Jamshedpur students bag job offer from Japan
Jamshedpur, Feb 5: Two students of NIT Jamshedpur (Adityapur) have got the highest package offers from Japan during the campus placement this year.
"Subham Satish Baldava of Computer Science & Engineering and Bharat Singh Bhandari of Electrical Engineering have bagged the highest annual package of Rs 32 lakh in the campus placement," Prof Dr Rajiv Bhusan of NIT said.
They were recently offered jobs by Works Applications of Japan as R&D Software Engineer and they would be posted in Singapore or Tokyo, he said.
The second highest annual package of Rs 21 lakh was offered by Amazon to 6 students of Computer Science and Engineering department.
The highest number of students has been selected by TCS which has offered jobs to 164 students, Prof Bhusan said.
