1647 vacancies in Himachal HPSSC: Know Eligibility, How to Apply, Salary and Details of Vacancy

Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission (HPSSC) is going on a massive recruitment drive to fill up 1647 vacancies across 79 posts like Sub Inspector (SI), Conductor, Junior Basic Teacher (JBT), Junior Steno, Lab Technician, Foreman and others. Interested candidates can apply for these posts by going on the official website at hpsssb.hp.gov.in from September 30 - October 29, 2022.

Age Limit

1 January 2022 will be the cut-off date to establish the candidate's age

Minimum and Maximum Age varies for different posts. For example, it is 21 to 26 years for the post of Sub Inspector. But if you are between 18-45 years of age, there is at least one vacancy you are eligible for

The upper age limit is relaxable by five years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Classes, Persons with disabilities & Children/Grand Children of Freedom Fighters of Himachal Pradesh. The upper age relaxation is also available to Ex-servicemen candidates of Himachal Pradesh as per state government rules.

HPSSC Recruitment 2022: Eligibility, Salary and Number of Vacancy

Conductor:

360 vacancies
Pay Scale: ₹ 5910-20200+2400GP
10+2 OR Equivalent qualification from a recognized Board with a valid Conductors license.

Operation Theatre Assistant:

162 vacancies
Pay Scale: ₹ 5910-20200+2000 Grade Pay
Should be 10+2 with Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) with 50% aggregate marks from a recognized Board PLUS OTA Training certificate from a recognized Institution OR
BSc in Medical Technology (Anaesthesia & OT Techniques) OR equivalent Degree from a recognized university.

How to Apply for 1674 HPSSC Vacancy 2022

• Go to the HPSSC website and register using the "Sign up" button
• Fill in your Name, Mobile Number, and Email ID, and create a Username and Password
• Once registered, log in using your credentials

The online application will go live on September 30, 2022

Steps to do after the application link is active:

• Log in to the website at hpsssb.hp.gov.in
• You will find the relevant job notification link with category wise detail of posts
• Click on the "Apply" button given against the post you want to apply for
• Select preferred District and Tehsil for examination.
• Fill in the personal details.
• Upload your scanned photograph and signature.
• Provide educational details and experience (if you have any)
• Pay the Application Fee
• Download and take a printout of the submitted form for future use.
