1600+ SBI PO Vacancies Announced; Know Changed Pattern, Syllabus & Preparation Tips

SBI PO 2022 Notification: The State Bank of India has announced the revised SBI PO exam pattern. The candidates going to write the banking exam should go through the official notification to know about the same. Also, the SBI PO exam pattern is divided into three phases, preliminary, mains and interview round.

SBI PO Exam Pattern Revised

  • The bank has removed the sectional cut-off marks for the preliminary and mains examination.
  • The weightage of the General Awareness section has been increased to 60 marks in the SBI PO examination. From this year, the subject is going to have 50 questions and the sectional duration is going to be 45 minutes.

Preliminary Exam

  • The examination is going to be held in the online mode.
  • The questions asked in the SBI PO exam are going to be objective in nature.
  • For each correct answer, one mark will be awarded and a negative marking of 0.25 marks is applicable for the wrong answer.

Mains Exam

  • The examination is going to be held in the online mode.
  • The questions asked in the SBI PO exam are going to be objective in nature and the second section will be descriptive.
  • For each correct answer, one mark will be awarded and a negative marking of 0.25 marks is applicable for the wrong answer.
