The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi is the only Indian educational institution among the top 50 in Global University Employability Rankings published by Times Higher Education (THE). According to recruiters, the Global Employability University Ranking and Survey (GEURS) identifies the world's top 250 universities for producing employable graduates. It is created and owned by the higher education HR consultancy Emerging, and it is exclusively published by THE.

The two Indian universities in the top 175 are IIM-Ahmedabad (154), and IIT-Kharagpur (155) improved their rankings by eight and fifteen places, respectively. Amity University (225), Noida, and Bangalore University (242), the other two Indian institutions, are on the list.
Among Indian institutions, the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, is ranked second (58), up three ranks from last year, followed by IIT-Bombay at 72, up from 97 in 2021. According to the most recent THE Rankings, five Indian universities are in the top 200, with a total of seven in the top 250.
