Mukhyamantri Siksha Puraskar Yojana: On Wednesday, Mukhyamantri Siksha Puraskar Yojana Award and Scholarship Scheme were unveiled by Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik. The programme was established to promote healthy competition among public schools and to honour academic performance.
The CM announced that annual awards totalling Rs. 100 crores will be given to school students, educational institutions, principals, teachers, and school management committees, for achieving excellence in education, at the State Level Children's Day Celebration's closing ceremony. He also thanked alumni for their support of the programme.

The award will be handed to 50,000 students, 1,500 principals, the school management committee, alumni, the gramme panchayat, and district administrators, per the information provided. When the CM addressed the kids, he advised them on how to succeed by acting appropriately at the appropriate time. He added that now is the perfect moment for kids to learn and develop their unique identities by doing well in all they do.
The Chief Minister also unveiled the Digi Locker Arrangement for the Council of Higher Secondary Education along with the announcement of the Scholarship programme. Students can access their diplomas, grade reports, and other academic documents through this virtual locker.
Awards will be given for excellence and contribution in the sphere of education.
Each year, the plan will award about 50,000 pupils as well as 1,500 instructors, alumni, sarpanches, and members of the school committee.
For the safekeeping of certificates, mark sheets, and other documents, Patnaik also introduced a digital locker app for the Council of Higher Secondary Education and the Board of Secondary Education.
At the Children's Day closing ceremony at the Unit-IX Government High School in this city, Patnaik delivered a statement.
