83 questions dropped from CUET PG 2022 Final Answer key: Know what is Dropped Question in Answer Key
The final answer key of the CUET PG 2022 Exam has been released by the exam conducting authority NTA (National Testing Agency) on its official site at cuet.nta.nic.in. And as good news to those who had challenged, or raised objections, to the provisional answer key released on September 16; a total of 83 questions, most (8) from MBA papers, have been dropped across the subjects.
Subjects with the most number of questions dropped
- PGQP38-General (MBA): 8 questions
- PGQP40-General: 7 questions
- PGQP78-Agricultural Science: 7 questions
- PGQP41-Mass Communication and Journalism: 5 questions

Answer Key brings transparency to competitive exams by showing what the authority thinks are the correct answers to every question asked. Examinees can judge their performance in the exam by matching their given answers with the Answer Key released by the authority. That way any possible error on the part of the authority gets minimized making the whole process fair and transparent.
What is dropped question in Answer Key?
That means that the authority has accepted errors in either those questions, their provided possible answers, or in both. With this acceptance, those faulty questions are dropped, meaning students attempting them will get full marks for them. In some cases, full marks are allotted to all candidates for those dropped questions.
When the CUET PG 2022 Result will be declared?
With the final answer key released, NTA can declare the CUET PG 2022 Result - or the date of result - any time from now on. So keep checking this space, or the official website, for updates regarding this.
The exam was held from September 1 to 12 across various cities in India. The provisional answer key was released on September 16 granting students only two days, till September 18, to raise objections.
