Mahatma Gandhi truly said earth provides enough to satisfy every man's needs, but not every man's greed. The ecosystem of the world is degrading because of the high levels of pollution and deforestation. When we witness some irreversible changes to our lives because of the climate crisis, every individual should pledge in efforts to conserve the environment and sustainable living.
Every year, World Environment Day is celebrated on June 5 with great pomp to encourage awareness regarding the degradation of the ecosystem. The question paper of competitive entrance examinations is incomplete without environmental studies. On June 5th, we advise aspirants to get familiar with the world environment day theme and history.
