- Students can take up Mock GD & PI, assessed by corporate moderators to help take them through the real time interview process. This activity would help students to be more confident and assertive while handling interviews.
- A good CGPA together with the above trainings shall make student industry ready and more employable.
What are the benefits of internship?
During internship, a student shall actually gain the required knowledge and experience to handle a particular project which helps them choose the right career path and profile.
At IFIM, we would like our recruiters to enrol for our Industry Internship Program (IIP). The recruiters shall have the advantage of on boarding the selected students from January every year as interns in their company for a period of four and half months and after which students could be absorbed immediately as full time employees after the completion of this term from May onwards based on their performance.
