Maharashtra Board Exams 2021: Class 10th (SSC) And Class 12th (HSC) Exam Dates Announced

Maharashtra Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad has formally announced the exam schedule for the Maharashtra Class 10 and 12 board exams 2021. As per the exam schedule, the Maharashtra HSC Class 12 board exam has been planned to be held from April 23, 2021, while the Maharashtra SSC class 10 board exam would begin from April 29, 2021. The exams are generally held in February and March, yet this time the board exams are being held late because of the COVID-19 outbreak.

However, the results for HSC board exams 2021 will be declared in July, and for SSC, it will be announced in August 2021.

The Maharashtra board exams for the class 10 and 12 are usually conducted in February and March, yet this year, because of the pandemic Coronavirus conditions, the board exams will be held in April 2021.

However, Varsha Gaikwad said that the practical exams for class 12 will be between April 1 to 22 and for class 10 will be between April 9 to 28.

Gaikwad stated, "Written examinations for classes 12th and 10th will be conducted between April 23 to May 29 and April 29 to May 31 respectively. The results will be out at the end of July for class 12 and at the end of August for class 10 ."

While announcing the Maharashtra HSC and SSC Board Exams 2021 Schedule, Varsha Gaikwad also said that the board exams would be taken with proper care and precautions this time. She added that the syllabus for both class 10 and 12 have also been reduced to 25%.
