Kerala Teachers Eligibility Test is abbreviated as KTET. It is a state-level eligibility examination (TET). It is organised by the Kerala State Education Board (KSEB) to select teachers for grades 1 through 12. The KTET test is divided into three levels: Paper 1 for primary schools (1-5 standard), Paper 2 for upper primary schools (6-8 standard), and Paper 3 for secondary schools (9-12 standard).

Candidates who want to teach in their particular classes can qualify for the paper. The KTET Application Form 2023 was made available on the website https://ktet.kerala.gov.in/on April 3, 2023. Those that meet the eligibility requirements can apply until April 17, 2023.

How to Apply?
- Visit the Kerala Government Education Board's (KGEB) official website at ktet.kerala.gov.in.
- Click on the KTET Registration Link on the home page.
- The New Registration button will display on the screen.
- Understand all of the details and instructions before clicking agree.
- You can now click the New Registration button.
- Complete all of the information and then upload the scanned documents in the format specified.
- After successfully submitting your application, you will be able to get your KTET Application Form 2023 Online.
- Make a printout for future reference.
Application Fee
Candidates in the General category must pay an application fee of Rs. 500/-. SC/ST/PWD applicants, on the other hand, will have to pay Rs. 250. Applicants must carefully select their application type and submit their caste certificate.
Selection Procedure
- Applicants are selected according to their performance on the KTET 2023 exam.
- Those who qualify for the KTET 2023 entrance exam will be eligible for applications for teaching vacancies in both public and private schools.
- Candidates must pass the entrance exam and then attend a personal interview, the final stage of the selection process, to be considered for a teaching position.
- All selected candidates must conduct a demonstration class so that the school administrators may make an informed decision about their appointment.
