Other supportive documents mentioned in the Application form
In this round, candidates are given a topic on which to write their opinions in approximately 200 words. The emphasis is on expressing one's thoughts clearly. Address the matter directly and to the point.

Candidates are sorted into eight groups. Each group is assigned a topic from business, economics, politics, or society for 20 minutes (5 minutes to think, 15 minutes to write).
During the GD round, a topic is assigned to a group of 8-10 candidates to discuss. Each contender introduces himself and shares their thoughts on the issue at the start of the GD. After everyone has spoken, the floor is free for discussion. This round has a total time limit of 30 minutes.
If the institute decides to hold an extempore session instead of a GD, the applicants will be required to talk on a certain topic. Candidates will be asked to deliver a coherent and convincing argument on the chosen topic, including pros and drawbacks, among other things. Candidates who pass the GD round will thereafter be eligible for the PI rounds.
Candidates will be called one at a time for interviews.
Again, the major goal of the interview is to assess the candidate's communication abilities, knowledge of current events and business events, and a variety of other characteristics.
Candidates who pass these rounds will be admitted to the IIFT MBA programme. Finally, the ultimate merit will be determined based on the total combined scores in all stages of the IIFT 2023 Selection Procedure, including the candidate's IIFT score, GD, PI, and past academic records.
