GUJCET 2016: Exam to be held on May 10
GUJCET exam dates has been released. The state level medical entrance examination is scheduled to be held on May 10. Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board will be conducting the entrance exam.
GUJCET exam will be conducted to offer admission into engineering, physiotherapy and alternative medical programmes to various government/ government aided universities and private colleges/ institutes across Gujarat
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational qualification:
- Candidates must have completed higher secondary certificate examination in Science stream conducted by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar OR
- Candidates who have filled in application form for appearing and eligible for appearing in the examination of higher secondary Science stream (Class 12 pattern) can also apply.
Paper Pattern:
The paper pattern will have 120 multiple choice questions of 40 marks each with four options. Questions will be derived from the following sections:
- Physics: 40 marks
- Chemistry: 40 marks
- Biology: 40 marks
- Exam Duration:180 minutes.
- 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answers.

Candidates can download the admit card from the official website before 20 days of the examination
