CMAT Exam 2023; Overview, Exam Syllabus, and Pattern

CMAT stands for Common Management Admission Exam (CMAT). It is a computer-based national scale MBA entrance examination for admission to 1000 AICTE-approved management programmes (MBA/PGDM) in India. CMAT was previously administered by AICTE; however, the assessment is currently administered by the Government of India's National Testing Authority (NTA). Annually, around 70,000 applicants apply for the CMAT. CMAT offers a special chance to all exam takers since nobody is excluded from its outcomes.

Exam Syllabus

CMAT, or Common Management Admission Test, is a national-level aptitude test administered by NTA. Every year in the month of Match or April, NTA administers it (tentatively). CMAT is split into five parts, Logical Reasoning Quantitative Techniques & Data Interpretation General Awareness Language Comprehension, Innovation & Entrepreneurship.

The CMAT will last three hours and will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions divided into 25 questions within every segment.

• Exam procedure: The exam will be administered online (computer-based test).

• Question Type: The questions will fall into the Multiple Choice type.

• The duration of the question paper is three hours.

• Amount of Questions: A total of 100 questions will be asked, with 20 questions assigned to each section.

• Marking Scheme: Each correct answer will receive 4 points, while each incorrect answer will receive -1 point.

Candidates can download the CMAT hall ticket 2023 by following the instructions outlined below.

• Go to the official NTA CMAT website, cmat.nta.nic.in 2023.

• On the homepage, click the 'Download CMAT 2023 admit card' option.

• Input your registration number, birth date, and password.

• Press the 'Submit' button.

• Download the admit card for your reference.
