The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2026 is scheduled to be conducted on Sunday, January 25, 2026, in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode across India. The exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to MBA, PGDM and other management programmes offered by AICTE-approved institutions.

• Do not carry mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, earphones, Bluetooth devices, or any electronic gadgets.
• Do not bring books, notes, bags, wallets, or food items inside the exam hall.
• Avoid wearing heavy jewellery, metal accessories, belts with large buckles, or caps.
• Do not leave the exam hall without permission once the exam has started.
• Avoid last-minute discussions or revisions near the exam centre.

CMAT 2026 Dress Code Guidelines

While there is no strict dress code prescribed, candidates are advised to:

• Wear light and simple clothes
• Avoid outfits with multiple pockets
• Refrain from wearing metal accessories
• Prefer sandals or open footwear over closed shoes

• The CMAT admit card is provisional and must be preserved even after the exam for future admission processes.
• Admit cards that are damaged, altered, or tampered with may lead to disqualification.
• Biometric verification and frisking will be conducted at the exam centre.
