Applicants should have no more than 24 months of work experience by June 15 of the year of entry. Candidates whose undergraduate instruction was not in English must also submit TOEFL or IELTS scores.

The selection process is thorough, starting with an evaluation of academic achievements, test scores, essays, and other credentials. Shortlisted candidates will then participate in personal interviews conducted by a panel of senior industry professionals, ISB faculty, and alumni.
