Yenepoya Physiotherapy College, Mangalore was established in 2003 under the Islamic Academy of Education Trust (IAE) and the college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.

Yenepoya Physiotherapy College strives to generate high quality professionals, tapping human resources to the maximum, with best knowledge and skills in the field of allied health sciences through the imparting of quality education.

There are 2 well equipped laboratories: the electrotherapy laboratory and the therapeutics laboratory.

The college building houses separate common rooms for boys and girls.

The clinical section of the Phhysiotherapy College has an Exercise therapy department, hydrotherapy department, a play room for children and staff rooms & offices.
