Yenepoya Medical College (YMC), Mangalore was established in 1999.

The college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore and recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).

The college was established as one of the excellent Institution in this part of the country managed by the Islamic Academy of Education that which is founded by the dynamic Chairman Al Haj Y Abdulla Kunhi.

Yenepoya Medical College Hospital is a Teaching Hospital attached to the Medical College and is functioning since 1999.

This is a multi speciality, tertiary care hospital catering to the needs of population in and around Mangalore.
