Williams College of Education, Kakinada was established in 2007 It is affiliated to Andhra Univesity, Visakhapatnam and managed by Christian Outreach Centre.

Williams College of Education is approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

The college offers Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) course of 1 year duration and aimed at imparting quality education and producing skilled and trained professionals.

Applicants who have completed there graduation in any stream with minimum aggregate of 45 % from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course.

Students here are admitted based on the Andhra Ed CET and counseling.

Various teaching and learning techniques are being used by the faculty to impart knowledge and skills to students at Williams College of Education, Kakinada in its various departments.
