Vivekananda Primary Teachers' Training (VPTT), Contai was established in 2003. The Institute is affiliated to West Bengal Board of Primary Education (WBBPE) and approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The institution provides well experienced and qualified lecturers to help student in accomplishing their aim of becoming primary teachers. The institute has state-of-the-art facilities to develop an academic environment in the campus. It is a Co-Education, Non Minority Institute. The college has well experienced teachers to enlighten the aspiring teachers.
