Viswa Jyothi College of Education, Krishna was established in 1994.

The college is affiliated to Krishna Univeristy, Machilipatnam and approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).

Viswa Jyothi college of Education is meant to enlighten the student teachers through light of knowledge so that they may go in to the world and remove the darkness of ignorance from the world.

The institute offers one year Bachelor of Education course for those who have completed there graduation with minimum aggregate of 45 % from any recognized university are eligible to apply for this course.

The college has well-equipped with all modern facilities and Congenial atmosphere is created for the student-teachers to develop all round personality and capability.

Students here are admitted based on the Andhra Ed CET and counseling.

Various teaching and learning techniques are being used by the faculty to impart knowledge and skills to students at Viswa Jyothi College of Education, Krishna in its various departments.
