Uttaran College of Education, Sabrakone was established in 2009. It is an affiliated college.

Uttaran College of Education is situated beside NH-60. The address of the College is Vill-Deshbandh, P.O.-Damodarbati, P.S.-Onda, in the District of Bankura, West Bengal. The institution was established in the month of September 2009 and recognized by NCTE on 02 April 2012 and affiliated to the WBBPE on 04 April 2012 and the University of Burdwan on 20 June 2016. It is a self finance College with an outstanding activity.

The college was established to nurture well trained secondary and higher secondary teachers in the region.

The institution is managed by Uttaran Educational Trust to provide secondary and higher secondary teachers to serve the society. The college offers one-year Bachelor of Education program.

The College has state-of-the-art facilities for the overall development of the aspiring teachers, studying in the college.

The College provides qualified lecturers to impart their experience to the students, which would help them in accomplishing their objective.
