Tula's Institute, The Engineering and Management College, Selaqui (Dist. Dehradun) was established in 2006 and managed by Rishabh Educational Trust.

It is one of the premier institute established to impart & provide in the field of higher education for the deserving candidates and prove to be a milestone in the part of progress.

It is affiliated with Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun and it is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 2(f) & 12(B) under Act, 1956. 

It is also recognized and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India to offer engineering and management courses.

Apart from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun the Institute is affiliated with another university to offer unique kind of respective courses: They are:
