The Oxford College of Science, Bengaluru is a constituent college of The Oxford Educational Institutions a center for academic excellence and achievement was established in 1994 and managed by Children's Education Society (Regd.).

It is affiliated to Bangalore University, Bengaluru & Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru and it is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under section 2(f) & 12(B) under Act, 1956.

It is accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with "A" Grade and International Accreditation Organization (IAO).

It is a co-educational private college, providing regular courses in which is located in the urban part of Bengaluru played a pioneering role in the field of higher education.

The aim of the college is adopted a dynamic, global, high quality: creative and communicative approach in education, as well as research and development also keeping abreast with modern developments, the institution is constantly reinventing itself and renovating its physical infrastructure as well as its research and education facilities.

In its glorious journey of over four decades, the society has established under its wings more than 32 Educational Institutes in Bengaluru. It is the brainchild of Children's Education Society.

The college offers three years undergraduate and two years postgraduate courses in Science stream with various specialization under the affiliating university.

University examinations of different courses, examinations conducted by the Bangalore University, Bengaluru, and various other examinations are held in the college premises.
