The college of law is affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut.

S.V.M. Law College is approved by Bar Council of India (BCI), Government of India, New Delhi.

Sarswati Vidya Mandir Law College admits students to its undergraduate program in the discipline of law, that is, Bachelor of Laws (LLB).

The academic program is a three-year full time program, which is offered in accordance with the set guidelines of BCI.
