SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management and Higher Studies (NMIMS), Bangalore was established in 2009. Its affiliated to Mumbai University.

A 20 month weekend Management Program for Executives (MPE) began immediately after the inauguration. NMIMS is particularly pleased to have ventured into the Garden City of Bengaluru, a vibrant city which has led the IT revolution in the country and has attained global recognition.

The intention behind the presence in the IT capital is to produce future managers and leaders catering to the need of different industries present in Bengaluru and beyond. In 2009 a Full time Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (EPGDBM) Program was launched.

This is a 15 month program (including Project Internship) for professionals with 5+ years of work experience.

NMIMS is the first business school to be accredited and awarded a “FIVE STAR” rating by the UGC sponsored National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), which is the highest rating that is awarded by the council.

The NMIMS campus at Bangalore has two five-storied buildings, admeasuring about 41,000 sq.ft. of built-up space.

The buildings are fully air-conditioned and appropriately furnished, ensuring harmonizing comforts and aesthetic appeal while conforming to the academic requirements. The institute is equipped with state-of-art IT infrastructure, including powerful server-based local network, high-speed and secure internet connection.
