Susil Kar College, Parganas, established in 1968, is a co-educational undergraduate degree college under the affiliation of the University of Calcutta.

The College was started by late Shri Bijoly Bhushan Kar who donated about one acre of his ancestral land for the establishment of a college, in memory of his father, late Shri Susil Kar.

It is always aware of the responsibility we bear of shaping the minds of the youth, preparing them to face the world as well rounded individuals.
