- To provide access to excellence in academics, research, and service learning to all strata of society with special attention to marginalized groups, discriminated people, and victims of social and economic disparity
- To provide students with an environment for the all-round development of their mental, physical, aesthetic, social, and spiritual potential, together with an attitude of integrity, hard work, honesty, fairness, and tolerance so that they always give their very best.
