SRMS Institute of Medical Sciences, Bareilly was established on 2005 managed and run by Shri Ram Murti Smarak Trust under the guiding principles of Shri Dev Murti, Managing Trustee to commemorate and advocate the inspiring principles of his father Late Shri Ram Murti Ji a man with a vision & A man with a mission.

The institute is affiliated to Rohilkhand University, Bareilly and recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.

SRMS IMS is also approved by the Government of Uttar Pradesh.

SRMS IMS offers undergraduate medical education i.e. MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery) Programme from academic year 2005-06 with an orientation to internationally recognized standards of excellence.
