The B Grade by the NAAC reaccredited (Cycle-II) has been a well-deserved acknowledgement of this process and has prompted the college to intensify its original commitment besides adopting several quality enhancement measures.

The college has a Study Centre for the Open and Distance Education of the Univeristy of Kalyani. The college also has a Career Counselling Cell to guide the out-going students and is going to soon open Preparatory Courses for Competitive Examinations. The college has a commendable success rate in the University Examinations and Games & Sports. Principal is the Head of the Institution and classes are held from 10.30 AM to 4.30 PM from Monday to Saturday. The College remains open on all working days.
